Transportation proposal design is a must in the business of transportation engineering. The proposal is one of the first elements to win a contract. I created this cover design using Adobe Photoshop using various layers, masking, and filters. The entire proposal consisted of recycled products including the aluminum binder and the recycled paper used for printing. I also designed the tabs and templates that continued the design throughout the entire proposal. The content of the proposal was created in InDesign and implemented InCopy for the editors to make quick edits to the contents. The result was a faster turn-around time to complete the proposal two days before the submittal date. This allowed the team to rehearse and prepare for the interview process once the firm was shortlisted. In the end, we were awarded the contract and the primary consulting firm of this project.
